自動車の登録や所有者に関わる車検証情報をはじめ、電子化が進む車両のOBD情報や、リコールに関わる情報など点在する幅広い車両情報に関わる調査や研究を行い、環境や安全、ユーザーの利便性向上といった観点でそれらの情報の利活用することによる新しいビジネスモデルの創出を目指し設立された任意団体です。

このような車両情報の電子的な利活用によって、よりよい車社会の実現に寄与すべく積極的な活動を展開して参りたいと考えております。

We are the voluntary organization established under the target to create the new business models by the beneficial applications of the automobile electrical data, studying and researching wide range of information such as the data under the car registrations and the computerized OBD and recall data, and taking perspectives in environment and safety, and the improvement of user’s convenience.

We would like to evolve our activities in a positive manner by this beneficial application of the automobile e-data in order to make our car life much better.
